04 / Merge PDF

Combine PDFs into one file.

Add two or more PDFs, arrange them, and download a single document. The pages are copied in your browser. Use it for an invoice plus annexures, a form plus a signed last page, or a set of scans that should travel together.

How to use Merge PDF

  1. 1. Add at least two PDFs

Drop the files in the order you want them to appear. You can still rearrange them.

  2. 2. Check the order

Move a file up or down. Every page of a file stays together, in its original page order.

  3. 3. Download the combined PDF

The merged file is built locally. Password-protected PDFs are skipped with an error instead of being sent anywhere.

One packet instead of five attachments

Offices still ask for a single PDF: application, photos, and the signed declaration. Merging locally means a salary slip or a medical report is not sitting on someone else's server while you wait for a download link.

Order is the whole job

The tool does not sort by filename. The list on the page is the document order. Pages inside each PDF stay as they were. If you only need three pages from a long file, split that file first, then merge the extract with the rest.

Limits that keep the tab stable

Up to 15 PDFs, 25 MB each, 80 MB together. That covers a typical application packet. A full book or a drawing set of several hundred megabytes needs a desktop tool, not a browser tab.

Questions

How do I merge PDF files for free?

Add two or more PDFs, arrange the list, and download. There is no signup and no watermark.

Can I choose which file comes first?

Yes. Use the arrows beside each file. The top file is the start of the merged PDF.

Are the files uploaded to merge them?

No. Combining happens in the browser. The site never receives the PDFs.

What if one PDF has a password?

The merge stops and tells you which file is locked. Unlock that PDF on your device and add it again.
